The Maintenance & Light Repair Technician is an entry-level position designed for individuals who are mechanically inclined, customer-focused, and eager to grow in the automotive field. This role performs vehicle maintenance, safety recalls, and light repairs using Ford-approved processes, tools, and resources. Technicians will work directly with experienced mentors who will help guide their development and support their career progression within the dealership.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Perform routine vehicle maintenance such as oil changes, tire services, fluid services, filter replacements, and multipoint inspections.

Complete Ford recalls and light repairs following OEM guidelines and safety standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace.
- Deliver efficient, high-quality service with attention to detail.
- Follow direction from shop leadership and mentor technicians.
- Document all work performed clearly and accurately.

Utilize Ford service information, diagnostic tools, and shop equipment safely.
- Pursue and achieve Ford Base-Level Certification within a set timeframe.
