Position Overview
We are seeking reliable, hardworking individuals to join our team as Merchandisers and Racking Installers. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling and installing retail fixtures, organizing merchandise, and ensuring store layouts meet client specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Install and assemble retail racking, shelving, and fixtures
- Execute store resets, remodels, and new store setups
- Stock and organize merchandise according to planograms
- Work as part of a team to complete projects efficiently and on time
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Travel to various job sites as needed
Qualifications
- Experience in merchandising, construction, or racking installation preferred (but willing to train the right candidates)
- Ability to use basic hand and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Physically able to lift at least 50 lbs. and work on your feet for extended periods
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel
- Strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset
