Dealership Service Advisor and Assistant Manager

We are seeking a assistant service manager that can also perform day-to-day service writing . North Country Subaru is a family owned and operated dealership that is focused on customer satisfaction and long relationships. Our Service and Parts Departments are very busy. We are looking for the right person to join our team. We focus on doing the right thing for our customers rather than running up the bill. We are looking for honest, motivated candidates with experience in the field.

Qualifications:

-Applicants must have experience in a closely related field. Experience in an auto dealership is a plus.
-Must have good customer relation skills, and must be able to work closely with technicians. Must have good phone and personal skills.
-Must have comprehensive knowledge of cars, basic services, some advanced services, etc.
-Must display responsibility, timeliness, respectfulness, and work ethic.
-Must thrive in a fast paced work environment, but can make effective use of down time.
-Must be competent with computers. Working knowledge of shop equipment is a plus.
-Automotive enthusiasm is a plus,
-Valid Driver’s License

Responsibilities:

-Must be able to perform all tasks management deems necessary to be an effective service advisor.

-Must be able to cooperate with management.
-All customer interactions including phone, email, text, in-person.
-Assist with-Ordering, Receiving, Returning, Inventory management
-Communicate directly with other service advisers, parts personnel, and managers
-Continuously learn new technical information and techniques
-Maintain a clean and safe work environment
-Must be available to work on Saturdays

This is a full time position. It is hourly pay with overtime when needed. That way you'll never be asked to work more than 40 hours on a set salary.
