Position overview: Responsible for all profit and loss, customer service, quality, safety and employee turnover of the Casino Public Area and other Back of House Functions.
Essential Duties:
- Client properties key point of contact for all matters in Public Areas.
- Responsible for the overall P&L.
- Upholds the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and conduct.
- Responsible for the development of supervisors and managers.
- Publicly recognizes and rewards employees.
- Smiles and is friendly when interacting with co-workers, guests and property employees.
- Follows and teaches all required safety and standard operating procedures.
- Adheres to all company and regulatory policies. Reports any wrongdoing to co
- Works weekends, holidays, rotating shifts and long hours.
- Acts as a role model to other The Service Companies employees.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Must meet company and clients appearance standards.
- Advanced knowledge of Back of House Operations in Hotels and Restaurants.
- Ability to work with a variety of cleaning equipment and chemicals.
- Ability to perform all duties as required with or without an accommodation.
- Ability to motivate and respect hourly employees.
- Knowledge of e-mail, MS-Word.
