About Us
The Server Store buys, refurbishes, and sells enterprise IT hardware to customers around the world. We've been doing this for over 30 years, and we're still growing.
We're looking for someone to help keep our product listings accurate, organized, and up to date across our website and online marketplaces. This role is ideal for someone interested in e-commerce, product content management, and online marketplace operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and update product listings across multiple storefronts on our website, Amazon, eBay, and other online marketplaces, including managing separate accounts within the same channel for different product lines (e.g. servers and parts)
- Research and create effective product titles, descriptions, specifications, and product content
- Upload and maintain product images, pricing, inventory information, and listing attributes
- Maintain listing templates and ensure consistent product information across multiple sales channels
- Monitor listings for marketplace compliance, content accuracy, and overall quality standards
- Photograph products and create listing-ready image assets including product shots, detail images, and any supporting visual content required for marketplace listings
Qualifications
- Comfortable using Microsoft Excel for data entry, organization, and basic analysis
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Good written communication skills with the ability to create clear product descriptions
- Ability to stay organized while managing multiple listings and projects
- Experience with Amazon Seller Central, eBay Seller Hub, and Shopify is a plus; familiarity with third-party multi-channel listing tools such as Sellbrite, Listing Mirror, or SellerActive is preferred
- Familiarity with product catalog management, online marketplaces, or digital merchandising is helpful
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware is helpful but not required

- Experience editing or maintaining product listings in an e-commerce environment
- Experience working with product catalogs, SKU data, or marketplace content
- Interest in enterprise technology, IT equipment, or advanced computer hardware
Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
