Caregiver Positions Available:
- Direct Support Professional (DSP)
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Help with meal preparation and household chores
- Support residents in participating in activities and reaching their personal goals
- Monitor residents' health and report any changes to the nursing staff
- Ensure the safety and cleanliness of the group home environment
Qualifications:
- Compassionate and patient-focused approach to caregiving
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in caregiving, especially with individuals with disabilities, is preferred
- Ability to pass a background check
- Reliable and punctual with strong communication skills
