Logistics Specialist

The Sente Group, Inc.
Carlsbad, CA Full Time
POSTED ON 7/24/2026
AVAILABLE BEFORE 1/19/2027

Company Description: Sente is a capability company. Our purpose is not only to provide software. It is to help people produce better outcomes through the right combination of tools, knowledge, practices, and learning. We do this through Test Resource Management, a specialized solution for complex, asset intensive organizations that depend on equipment, labs, people, schedules, data, and commitments to produce critical results. When these resources are disconnected, drag and friction increase. Companies lose speed, spend more money, create rework, and miss opportunities. When they are connected and managed well, people do better work, outcomes accelerate, and organizations become more competitive. Sente combines purpose-built software, practical playbooks, and hands-on implementation practices to create connection across disconnected operations, engagement among teams who need to collaborate, and outcomes that make a measurable difference.

Role Description The Logistics Specialist ensures accurate tracking, movement, and readiness of test equipment to support operational efficiency, asset utilization, and customer delivery commitments. This role executes logistics processes, maintains inventory accuracy, and enables timely equipment availability across labs and inventory centers. This is an entry-level role designed for individuals who are motivated to advance, take on increasing responsibility, and grow within The Sente Group through demonstrated performance, initiative, and continuous learning.
