What You’ll Do
- Support daily operations — from scheduling and tracking tasks to organizing documents and maintaining spreadsheets.
- Handle a mix of projects: small office tasks, supply runs, light maintenance, data entry, and helping wherever you’re needed most.
- Learn and use AI tools — not just for writing, but for problem-solving, organizing information, and creating smarter workflows.
- Help improve efficiency across departments — think “How can we make this easier next time?”
- Communicate clearly and kindly with teammates, parents, and providers.
- Stay curious and proactive — if you don’t know how to do something, you’re excited to teach yourself how.
