Position: Head Spa Therapist / Spa Associate

Responsibilities
- Provide luxury head spa and scalp treatment services with professionalism and attention to detail
- Create a welcoming, elevated, and personalized experience for every client
- Build strong client relationships through excellent hospitality and communication
- Educate clients on scalp health, wellness, and recommended treatment plans
- Confidently recommend and sell spa packages, memberships, retail products, and upgraded services based on client needs
- Cater to clients in a polished and luxury-focused manner, ensuring comfort and satisfaction throughout the visit
- Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and presentation of treatment rooms and spa areas
- Assist with client check-ins, appointment flow, and overall guest experience when needed
- Work collaboratively with the team to uphold the spa’s luxury service standards
Qualifications
- Experience in spa, salon, beauty, wellness, or hospitality industry preferred
- Strong customer service and sales skills
- Passion for luxury client care and wellness experiences
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced but relaxing spa environment
- Weekend and flexible availability preferred
- Cosmetology or esthetician license is a must (if applicable)
