ABOUT THE ROLE
Senior Advisors Institute is a fast-growing insurance agency serving tens of thousands of seniors nationwide. We are looking for driven, licensed agents to join our Miami office and be part of a high-performance team that comes to work with one goal -- to earn more.
This is an in-office position selling Medicare, Hospital Indemnity Plans, Cancer/Heart Attack & Stroke policies, and Home Health Care Plans -- cross-sold to our existing book of active clients as well as warm leads provided daily targeting new prospects. No cold prospecting required.
Medicare knowledge is essential. Agents must understand how Medicare works in order to conduct a full needs analysis and determine the right coverage for each client before presenting a policy.
COMPENSATION
- $25/hour (in-office)
- Guaranteed 40 hours per week
- Uncapped commission on all closed business
- Average weekly earnings: $2,000–$3,000 (base commission)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work inbound leads provided by SAI
- Enroll Medicare clients into appropriate plans
- Educate clients on Medicare Advantage, Supplement, and Part D options
- Sell ancillary products during off-peak period
- Maintain full compliance with CMS and carrier guidelines

REQUIREMENTS
- Active Health Insurance License (required)
- Life Insurance License a plus
- Medicare knowledge required
- Must be licensed or willing to obtain licensure in one or more of the following states: FL, TX, PA, NJ, TN, AL, SC,KY, AZ, OH, VA, NC, MO, LA, IL, DE
- Phone-based sales experience preferred
- AHIP certification
- Must be able to commute to our Miami, FL office Monday - Friday
