Job Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and dynamic Customer Service Representative to join our customer support team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service through various communication channels. Your responsibilities will include addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a positive experience that fosters loyalty and satisfaction. Duties
- Support Outside Sales Representatives
- Properly assist in product specification and quoting
- Responsible for accurate order clarification, finish and pricing confirmation, fabric reservation, commission allocation and reconciliation, and ensuring proper communications in regards to order status, acknowledgements, and Proforma invoices
- Responsible for product knowledge to answer customer questions within 24 hours
- Focus on customer relations
- Manage orders from specification to delivery
- Assist customers and reps via phone and email with all product requests
- Facilitate communications between UK offices and US offices
- Work together as part of a team to address all inquiries
- Provide back-up to team as required
- Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers problems and concerns
Skills & Experience
- Data entry / order processing experience
- Strong computer / Outlook skills
- Excellent communication skills including active listening
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
- 3-5 years’ experience in customer service / sales
- Furniture experience a plus
Pay: $40,817.94 - $44,178.59 per year
