Sr. Analytics Lead Qualifications
- 8 years of experience in a Data Analyst, Senior Data Analyst, Analytics Lead, or similar role.
- Expert-level SQL skills, with the ability to write complex queries and analyze large datasets.
- Strong hands-on experience working with Amazon Redshift or similar data warehouse platforms.
- Demonstrated experience performing root cause analysis (RCA) and investigative analytics.
- Experience delivering ad-hoc analysis and insights to executive stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work through ambiguous questions.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Experience analyzing telecom, network performance, or operational reliability data.
- Familiarity with large-scale operational datasets and performance metrics.
- Experience supporting executive reviews or leadership analytics requests.
- Background in exploratory or diagnostic analytics environments.
- Act as a hands-on technical analytics lead supporting executive and operational leadership.
- Respond to ad-hoc analytical inquiries related to network reliability and operational performance.
- Investigate large datasets to identify symptoms, trends, and anomalies.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) to determine underlying drivers of issues or performance changes.
