The First Impressions Coordinator - Morning Shift is responsible for handling a wide range of high-level administrative and support-related tasks and special projects. The First Impressions Coordinator - morning shift maintains confidentiality of all school, personnel and student matters. The role will work Monday - Friday from 7 AM - 3 PM. This is a Non- Exempt, 12-month, non-instructional position. This role will report to the Chief Operations & Finance Officer.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities

The First Impressions Coordinator - morning shift maintains confidentiality of all school, personnel and student matters. The role will work Monday - Friday from 7 AM - 3 PM. This is a Non- Exempt, 12-month, non-instructional position. This role will report to the Chief Operations & Finance Officer.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Welcome all SEED School visitors to campus and ensure that each adheres to visitor protocol (including receiving a visitor badge, proper clearance to enter the building, entry to the building with a staff member, being in approved school locations, etc.)
- Provide each visitor to The SEED School with a pleasant, helpful, and professional demeanor that reflects the school’s Core Values of compassion, integrity, respect, responsibility, self-discipline, and gratitude, and represents our image of excellence.
- Making timely adjustments in ORAH regarding student movement.
- Assist families with questions, needs, or concerns, and collaborate with other staff to do so when appropriate
- Account for school safety by adhering to requirements regarding checking the identification of visitors, restricting access of visitors to students unless appropriate, and assisting in any school evacuations or crises according to protocol in collaboration with the school’s security staff
- Manage a protocol for staff to schedule the use of meeting rooms and communicate this schedule and protocol to staff
- Maintain accurate and complete student records as required by laws, district policies, and administrative regulations.
- Maintain daily visitor log and check-in/check-out logs
- Direct all incoming calls and voice messages to the appropriate SEED staff via a detailed message and/or scheduled appointment.
- Sort incoming mail and place it in staff mailboxes
- Sign for deliveries and notify recipients
- Assist the Operations unit with overflow work, including word processing, data entry, and internet research tasks
- Ensure that the front office space is clean, presentable, and welcoming to visitors
- Prepare for various school activities as needed
- Maintain the two front lobby bulletin boards - update twice a quarter or as requested
- Support hallway transitions, such as/not limited to lunch duties, and recess
- Other duties as assigned

- Experience with Google Suites and willingness to learn

- High School diplomas required
- A minimum of a year with executive administrative experience, preferably in a school
