The Sedgwick in Vancouver, WA is a chef owned, small plates restaurant. We are looking for chefs and line cooks to join our team. Our ideal candidate is attentive, punctual, and cares about the food they are cooking.
Responsibilities
- Follow proper food safety handling and sanitation practices
- Prepare dishes as instructed by the Executive Chefs
- Respect all employees regardless of their position.
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills
- Ability for positively motivate as well as work in a team environment
- Relevant food safety and handling certificates
- Minimum two years experience cooking on the line
$21-$22/hour plus tips depending on skill level. Tips average $8-$12 additional/hour.
