Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Technician, located in Los Alamitos, CA. The Senior Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing security systems. Daily tasks include conducting system diagnostics, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and coordinating with clients and team members to deliver high-quality technical services. This role may also involve mentoring junior technicians, maintaining accurate records of work completed, and staying informed about the latest technology in the security industry.
Qualifications
- Experience with hardware installation, system maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Proficiency in electronic security systems and familiarity with access control, surveillance, and alarm systems
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills
- Communication and collaboration skills to work efficiently with team members and clients
- Technical certifications or training related to security systems is an advantage
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical manuals
- Flexibility to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to work sites within the Los Alamitos, CA area
