Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate group room reservations and bookings, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide outstanding service to clients and guests.
- Manage and maintain group account files, tracking all agreements, dates, and relevant information.
- Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure seamless execution of group events and reservations.
- Assist with sales activities, including preparing proposals and contracts for group bookings.
- Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks, including report generation, data entry, and record maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures related to sales and room bookings.
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in hotel sales, group reservations, or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office applications and familiarity with hotel management software.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
