Key Responsibilities
- Perform hand soldering of wire-to-board connections
- Assemble electronic components and subassemblies
- Read and follow work instructions, drawings, and BOMs
- Inspect completed work for quality and accuracy
- Maintain clean and organized workstations
- Support general production and assembly tasks as needed
- 2 years of electronics assembly or soldering experience
- Strong hand soldering skills (wire-to-board)
- Ability to read basic drawings and instructions
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable and consistent work ethic
- Experience with IPC standards preferred (not required)
- Standard bench soldering environment
- Small team, hands-on production setting
- Schedule: Monday through Thursday
- $22/hour
