Server - The Sea Pines Resort Restaurants (PT)

Position Summary

Sea Pines Resort is seeking professional, service-oriented Servers who are passionate about delivering exceptional luxury hospitality experiences. The Server is responsible for creating memorable dining experiences through attentive guest service, extensive menu knowledge, and a commitment to exceeding guest expectations. This role represents the Sea Pines Resort brand by providing warm, personalized service in a refined resort dining environment.

Essential Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding guest service consistent with luxury hospitality standards.
• Greet guests promptly and create a welcoming, engaging dining experience.
• Present menus, explain food and beverage offerings, and provide knowledgeable recommendations.
• Accurately take and enter guest orders while ensuring special requests and dietary needs are communicated effectively.
• Serve food and beverages in a professional, timely, and polished manner.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests.
• Maintain strong knowledge of menu items, daily specials, wine selections, and resort offerings.
• Ensure dining areas are clean, organized, and presentation-ready at all times.
• Process guest payments accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with kitchen and service team members to ensure seamless operations.
• Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and escalate issues when appropriate.
• Uphold all health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol service standards.
  
  

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant, resort, country club, or luxury hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
• Must meet all state and local requirements for alcohol service, if applicable.
  
  

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
