Key Responsibilities
- Curate, prepare, and serve a wide range of premium cocktails, wine, and beverages to guests.
- Provide warm, knowledgeable, and personalized service, enhancing the guest experience.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and ambiance of the bar area in alignment with resort standards.
- Educate guests on drink selections and recommend pairings or new offerings.
- Uphold all safety and sanitation standards, including responsible alcohol service.
- Assist in inventory management, including ordering, restocking, and monitoring usage.
- Contribute to seasonal cocktail menu development in collaboration with the F&B team.
- Engage in ongoing training to stay current on spirits, mixology trends, and guest preferences.
- Support the team with opening, closing, and shift change procedures.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a high-end bar, lounge, or restaurant setting.
- Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and cocktail techniques.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure.
- Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS or ServSafe) preferred.
