- Must be able to work a minimum 5-day workweek, including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to stand and bend repetitively during entire shift
- Minimum 35 hours per week guaranteed
- Rotating schedule: Sunday - Saturday
- Shifts: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM, 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM, or 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
- Hours and shifts may vary with occupancy and business demands
- Base Wage: $15.50 per hour
- Overtime Rate: $23.25 per hour (time-and-a-half after 40 hours per week)
- Employer may increase wage based on experience, performance, tenure, and/or market conditions
- Pay received bi-weekly
- Depends on Experience (DOE)

- All tools, supplies, and equipment provided at no charge
- Required uniform provided at no cost
- Daily transportation provided between employer housing and worksite at no cost
- Optional employee shared housing available (including utilities): $150-$200 per week
- Optional health insurance available per ACA guidelines (medical, dental, vision, and ancillary benefits) - cost varies based on selected plan, available for payroll deduction
- If worker completes half the employment period, employer will arrange and pay for transportation and subsistence from place of recruitment to place of work
- Upon completion of employment period or early dismissal, employer will provide or pay for worker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence
- Daily subsistence provided at $16.28 per day during travel (maximum $68 per day with receipts)
- All transportation costs must be preapproved
- Employer will reimburse H-2B workers in first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees (excluding passport fees)
