Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly and professionally, creating a positive first impression
- Provide courteous, polished, and personalized breakfast service
- Present menus, answer questions, and offer knowledgeable recommendations
- Accurately take and enter food and beverage orders using the POS system
- Coordinate with culinary and bar teams to ensure timely and seamless service
- Monitor guest satisfaction and anticipate needs throughout the dining experience
- Maintain table presentation through efficient pre-bussing, clearing, and resetting
- Handle guest requests or concerns promptly and with discretion
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
- Uphold The Sea Pines Resort standards of service, appearance, and professionalism
- Support team members to ensure smooth daily operations
- Prior serving experience preferred; resort or upscale dining experience a plus
- Strong guest-service mindset and attention to detail
- Knowledge of breakfast service, coffee programs, and POS systems preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-standard environment
- Reliable, punctual, and guest-focused
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.
