This hourly role follows the Scotts/Hawthorne step pay progression scale and typically starts at $25.00 per hour and is paid weekly. Scotts/Hawthorne will consider various factors in determining the actual pay including your skills, qualifications, experience, and geographical location.

In this role you will:
- Documents all trailer movements to maintain accurate inventory.
- Performs daily safety inspections and tracks/monitors drop trailers, communicating changes to warehouse personnel.
- Safely operates a yard tractor in all weather conditions, maintaining a neat and orderly storage lot for maximum efficiency.
- Interacts daily with plant personnel and complies with all plant safety requirements.
- Cleans and maintains the yard tractor daily after each use.
- Completes accurate and timely records to support plant operations and transportation functions.
