The Scott Law Firm, LLC is seeking to hire an Associate Immigration Attorney to join the firm's thriving immigration law practice. This position will be on-site with the ability to work remotely.
Duties include extensive legal research and legal writing, representing clients before the Federal Immigration Courts, Board of Immigration Appeals and and United States and Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) advising clients on immigration matters, case management, and general legal duties related to effective client representation.
Skills and Qualifications: You will be working in a team oriented environment. Bring a positive attitude and a willingness to grow and learn new skills. You must be organized and detail oriented.
The position requires attention to detail, effective multitasking, communication skills, and execution of duties with professionalism. Ability to speak Spanish or any other language is not required, but preferred.
The ideal candidate should have prior immigration experience of 2 - 5 years.
Must have graduated from an ABA accredited law school and be a member in good standing of the candidates state bar.
