What You’ll Be Doing
As our Assistant Baker, you’ll play a key role in helping us craft the high-quality bagels and ice cream our customers love. Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:
- Assisting the head baker with daily preparation and production of bagels.
- Assisting the head ice cream maker with ice cream production.
- Measuring and mixing ingredients to ensure consistency and quality.
- Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen workspace.
- Following recipes and adhering to food safety standards.
- Supporting the team with inventory management and ingredient stocking.
- Helping with packaging and presentation of baked goods for sale.
