- Responsible for the clinical, operational and financial management of the surgery operating rooms, prep, & recover
- yDevelops action plans and reports outcomes to the Senior LVT Director of Perioperative Service
- sBudgetary or fiscal accountability and is responsible 24 hours a day for the ongoing effective operation of unit
- sPartner with the hospital leadership team to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, staff development and career ladders ensure meeting of national standards and state regulatory requirements and give input to strategic decisions related to clinical nursing staff development
- .Have insight into day-to-day operations of the surgery department, including patient/LVT ratios and scheduling to improve flow of the surgery unit, patient care and the day-to-day operation
- sMentor and guide surgery LVT Managers, Team Leaders, and Lead Technicians to ensure excellence in hospitals’ functionalit
- yAct as a liaison between clinical staff and Senior LVT Director of Perioperative Service
- sResponsible for the overall supervision of OR staff, post anesthesia care unit, and Pre-Op/Ambulatory Car
- eOversees the unit’s operation to ensure the safe and efficient delivery of care and to maximize patient, physician, and employee satisfactio
