The Role: Family Law Legal AssistantYou’ll be the operational backbone of our family law team — ensuring cases move forward with precision, urgency, and clarity.
This is a high-ownership role. You are not here to wait for instructions — you are here to keep the machine running.
You Will:- Own scheduling, calendars, and deadline tracking for assigned cases
- Keep files clean, organized, and up to date in Filevine
- Communicate with clients and ensure they are informed and supported
- Coordinate with courts, opposing counsel, and internal team members
- Support attorneys and paralegals so they can focus on strategy and advocacy
- Keep cases moving — proactively, not reactively
- Catch issues early and help solve them before they become problems
