About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Representative to expand our customer base and grow revenue through direct sales of our metal fabrication products and services. This role is 100% commission-based, with unlimited earning potential for a motivated and experienced salesperson.
The ideal candidate has experience in sales within the metal fabrication, manufacturing, or industrial sectors and is comfortable managing the entire sales process-from prospecting to quoting to post-sale follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities in metal fabrication.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication and follow-up.
- Prepare and present price quotes, ensuring profitability and alignment with company standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service, acting as the primary point of contact for clients.
- Track all sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities in the company's CRM.
- Work independently while coordinating with internal teams for project execution.
- Travel to meet clients as needed (travel expenses covered for trips outside a 50-mile radius).
