What are the responsibilities and job description for the CDL CLASS A DRIVER position at The Schebler Company?
CDL CLASS A DRIVER - HOME EVERY NIGHT
The Schebler Company | Bettendorf, Iowa | Full-Time | Employee-Owned
HOME EVERY NIGHT. NO OVERNIGHT RUNS, EVER.
Most days run Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. Some runs start early, occasionally as early as 3:00 am, so you can reach Chicago or another regional stop on schedule. Either way, you finish your day at home.
WHY SCHEBLER
We are owned entirely by our employees. More than 200 of them.
Through our Employee Stock Ownership Plan, you accumulate shares over time at no cost to you, and you cash them in when you retire or leave. The work you do builds something you own a piece of.
Our culture of ownership also means every employee is accountable for how we run the business, and every employee has a voice in it.
Headquartered in Bettendorf, we design and produce complex fabrications in stainless steel, aluminum, and other alloys, custom and high volume. Our customers count on us for product design and engineering, on-time delivery, and extra-mile support. Our ESOP was implemented in January 2021.
