What you’ll handle
- Surface preparation: clean, sand, and mask parts to spec.
- Equipment operation: set up and run powder spray guns and curing ovens.
- Coating application: mix and apply powders to match required colors and finishes.
- Quality checks: verify coverage and finish; tweak parameters when needed.
- Workplace standards: keep the area neat and follow safety procedures.
- Team results: coordinate with coworkers to meet output and schedule goals.
- Upkeep: complete routine maintenance to keep equipment reliable.
What you bring to the booth
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is a plus.
- Experience in powder coating or similar finishing preferred.
- Exceptional attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
- Comfort working both independently and with a team under time constraints.
- Familiarity with manufacturing safety practices.
- Clear communication skills and a constructive attitude.
