Part Time FOH Manager

Job Summary
The Front of House Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our guests. This position is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front of house, managing staff, and maintaining the highest standards of hospitality and service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry, particularly in a casual to fine dining setting, and possess excellent leadership skills to effectively manage a team. A tentative schedule would be Tues, Weds, Thurs and Sunday. With some Friday and Saturdays required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily front of house operations to ensure smooth service flow.
• Train, mentor, and manage front of house staff, fostering a positive work environment.
• Maintain inventory control by monitoring stock levels and placing orders as needed.
• Collaborate with kitchen management to ensure quality food production and timely service.
• Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Implement health and safety regulations to maintain a clean and safe dining environment.
• Assist in scheduling shifts for staff to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 35 per week
