Join our growing production team! We are seeking an experienced Mail Inserting & Inkjet Addressing Associate to operate and maintain mailing equipment in a fast-paced print and direct mail environment.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate mail inserting equipment
- Operate inkjet addressing systems for variable data mailings
- Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and postal compliance
- Troubleshoot equipment and perform routine maintenance
- Meet production schedules while maintaining high quality standards
- Work closely with production and mailing staff to complete projects on time
Qualifications:
- Previous experience operating mail inserting and inkjet addressing equipment required
- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
