- This job is located in Waukesha, WI and is onsite 2nd Shift Monday-Friday****
Pay will be based on experience starting wage: $28.00 per hour.
Responsibilities:
- Operate offset press to produce a wide range of prints and materials.
- Set up and run press jobs efficiently, ensuring precise registration and color control.
- Communicate with staff, including pre-press, customer service, and management, to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Conduct quality control checks on printed materials to ensure they meet our high standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety guidelines and regulations.
- Troubleshoot printing issues and make adjustments as needed to maintain optimal print quality.
- Proven experience as a Press Operator or in a related field.
- Strong understanding of print principles.
- Excellent quality control skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
