Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and hands-on Front of House Manager to lead our service team, maintain seamless guest experience, and ensure smooth daily operations. Ideal candidates will have strong leadership skills, thrive in a fast-paced setting, and love working with people. As the success of the restaurant grows, you will be responsible for hiring, training, and leading additional team members to ensure customer service and the business continue with high standards and maximum efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Open and close the restaurant daily
- Oversee FOH operations including servers, hosts, bussers, and baristas
- Handle daily cash deposits and ensure accurate cash management
- Maintain and organize retail market inventory and displays
- Ensure exceptional guest service and quickly resolve issues
- Hire, train, schedule, and develop FOH staff
- Uphold cleanliness and health standards throughout guest-facing areas
- Work closely with kitchen and ownership to ensure smooth service flow
- Explore new menus ideas and costing as needed
- Support ordering and inventory of FOH supplies
Qualifications:
- 2 years in a FOH management role (restaurant, café, or hospitality)
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Reliable, calm under pressure, and team-oriented
- Proficient in POS systems and scheduling software
- Comfortable with early mornings and weekend availability
