We are currently recruiting for the position of:
Sr. Manager, Repair & Maintenance - Modesto, CA
The Senior Manager, Repair & Maintenance manages and oversees all operations of the organization's facilities management function.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Develops and implements policies governing facility maintenance and repair, associated contracts.
- Oversees scheduled maintenance and as needed repair of buildings, grounds, or associated systems and equipment
- Conducts space planning or modifies building/equipment layouts in response to changing organizational needs
- Plans and oversees physical moves
- Solicits bids, selects contractors/subcontractors, and negotiates bids for the renovation or construction of facilities
- Manages and executes weekly, monthly, and quarterly budget objectives
- Responsible for managing, coaching and developing team
- Perform related duties as required

Hiring pay range: $104, ,873.00
Requirements (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities):
- Comprehensive knowledge of the field's concepts and principles.
- Performs complex tasks typically following established processes.
- Leads and directs the work of other employees and has full authority for personnel decisions.
- Primarily focused on administering established policies and procedures but may have impact on departmental budgeting, strategic planning, and procedural change.
Education: Bachelor's degree in related area and/or equivalent experience/training
Experience: 7 years related experience, 5 years management, supervisory, and/or leadership experience
Other: Travel up to 60% of time
