We are currently recruiting for the position of:
Service Deli Manager - 1020 Al Tahoe Blvd, South Lake Tahoe, CA 96150
The Service Deli Manager is responsible for assigning job tasks, scheduling, enforcing company policy, training, merchandising, planning and monitoring production. This position is also accountable for satisfying projected sales and ordering merchandise. The Service Deli Manager may be assigned quality control, and other duties.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Manage all aspects of service deli operations to include ordering product, inventory control, merchandising
- Product ordering, inventory control, deli operations, merchandising, sales techniques, and department management
- Perform and ensure the performance of prompt, good customer service to provide satisfactory service to maximize sales and profits.
- Perform and ensure the performance of proper food preparation and packaging
- Uphold policies and procedures, make decisions, lead and instruct employees, recognize sale trends and indicators, work within and promote a team environment
- Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities):
- Ability to follow the Company sales and production planning standards
- Ability to read, write, and perform basic math calculations
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership/team building and training skills
- Excellent customer service skills and suggestive selling ability
- Ability to perform in-stock positioning and pricing integrity
- Ability to read, write, and perform basic math calculations
Education: One year of college (or equivalent knowledge gained through formal education, specialized training, or additional job experience)
Experience: Two years of related experience
Other: Must be available to work a variety of required retail hours
Physical: Basic office and store environment: ability to sit, stand, walk, kneel, stoop, use stairs, reach, pull and lift objects
