Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Line Cook located in Tampa, FL. The Line Cook will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and plating menu items according to standardized recipes and presentation guidelines. Additional duties include maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, ensuring food safety and sanitation practices are followed, monitoring food stock levels, and assisting in kitchen inventory management. The Line Cook will work closely with the kitchen team to ensure customer satisfaction and timely service.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in food preparation, cooking techniques, and plating
- Knowledge of kitchen safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to manage time effectively and work efficiently under pressure
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Attention to detail and dedication to maintaining high food quality standards
- Prior experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role is preferred
