What We're Looking For:
Sante is seeking a Mobile Crisis Clinicians to join our new Regional Mobile Response (MRT) Team in Carroll County, Maryland. This is a Part-Time role working Saturdays and Sundays from 4:00pm to 12:00am.
As an MRT Clinician, you will assess, evaluate, and perform crisis intervention techniques, develop crisis plans, and serve as the on-site resource for clinical information and partner with all involved parties, including but not limited to families, friends, and community providers.
This is an in-person role. NOT REMOTE!
What You’ll Do:
Perform on-scene assessments, clinical evaluation, and treatment plans upon entry to community situations.
Effectively perform crisis intervention, including de-escalation, crisis planning, and implementation.
Design appropriate referral recommendations using available community resources.
Partner with police, first responders, and other community agencies when needed.
Complete documentation in an accurate and thorough manner.
What We Require:
Master’s Degree in Social Work or Counseling and at least two (2) years of crisis experience.
Experience is preferred but not required.
Must possess and maintain current licensure in the State of Maryland (LMSW, LGPC, LCSW-C or LCPC)
Willing to train newly licensed individuals or candidates scheduled to test within 1 month of hire.
Valid driver’s license and proof of current automobile insurance.
