Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Social Media/Client Care Coordinator to join our dynamic team. Based in Grand Haven, MI, this on-site role involves managing social media accounts, creating engaging content, and interacting with our audience. You'll also ensure seamless client communication, provide outstanding customer service, and maintain a high level of client satisfaction. Additionally, you will handle phone calls and inquiries with professionalism, maintaining positive relationships with clients and team members.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and the ability to foster positive client relationships
- Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and effective communication techniques
- Experience in ensuring Customer Satisfaction and delivering excellent Customer Service
- Knowledge of social media platforms and content creation is a plus
- Organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Familiarity with the local real estate market is an advantage
- Knowledge with Photography and Creating Reels
- Experience with Canva and some Graphic Design
