What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bellperson position at The Sanctuary Hotel?
We’re looking for a Bellperson who brings great energy, knows how to read a guest, and jumps in wherever needed. Someone who can handle bags with care, offer a warm welcome, and make the lobby feel smooth and effortless.
What you’ll be doing
- Greeting guests and making that first impression count
- Assisting with luggage and room deliveries
- Helping guests get settled and answering quick questions
- Keeping the lobby, entrance, and bell closet organized
- Supporting the front desk and concierge when needed
- Bringing a positive, can-do vibe to the team every day
What you bring to the table
- Friendly, genuine personality
- Good communication and situational awareness
- Ability to stay calm and helpful in a busy environment
- Comfort with lifting, walking, and staying active
- Previous hotel experience is a plus, but not required
