Schedule:
- Full-time, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
- Some evening or weekend hours may be required
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct supervision to Peer Support Specialists under the guidance of the Director of Outpatient Services.
- Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards for patient confidentiality and informed consent.
- Establish meaningful treatment plans and aftercare planning.
- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, incorporating family members when appropriate.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to review treatment progress and address social and occupational barriers.
- Advocate for patients' rights, coordinate discharge planning, collaborate with external agencies and connect patients with community resources.
- Assist in program evaluation, including needs assessments, SWOT analyses, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Assist with initial intakes and SLUMs Assessment
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field
- LMSW, ALC, LMFT, or LMHC licensure
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Experience in behavioral health, outpatient services, or intensive outpatient programs (IOP) preferred
