Schedule/Hours: 40
This position is responsible for:
Supervises the day-to-day operations and staff of the centers resident facilities; assigns clients housekeeping duties; monitors clients progress in program and ensures compliance with program standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Trains and instructs employees in the proper methods and procedures; monitors work in progress and upon completion to ensure accuracy.
- Enforces house rules in order to maintain order and peace amongst the clients.
- Develops, implements and supervises leisure-time activities both in and out of the center..
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:
Work is performed in a resident facility where there are little or no physical discomforts associated with changes in weather or discomforts associated with noise, dust, dirt and the like.

- High School Diploma or GED AND
- Three years experience supervising the operation, housekeeping, maintenance and security of a residence facility OR
- Any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
- Ability to read, write and communicate the English language.
Licenses and Certifications:
Valid State Drivers License.
