What are the responsibilities and job description for the Resident Monitor (1098) position at THE SALVATION ARMY?
Schedule/Hours: 8 hours per day 40 hours per week including weekends
This position is responsible for:
- Accepts and processes residents staying in lodge/shelter overnight
- Receives and receipts fees received from residents
- Monitors activities of residents during assigned shift
- Maintains accurate and complete records and logs
Key Responsibilities:
- Responds to emergencies in a calm manner and initiates appropriate corrective actions
- Answers telephone and responds to questions regarding the program operations
- monitors cameras and records unique situations occurring during shift
- Distributes towels, linens, and personal hygiene items
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:
- Work is performed in a lodge/shelter facility where are little or no physical discomforts with changes in weather.
