******The Salvation Army- Early Learning Center has both Lead Teacher's and Teacher Assistants available immediatly. We have both Full Time and Part Available Monday through Friday between 8am-530pm.

Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Lead Teachers and Teacher Assistants to join our early childhood education team. In this role, you will play a vital part in creating a nurturing, engaging, and educational environment for young children. Your energy and commitment will help foster their development while supporting their individual needs through innovative teaching strategies and compassionate care.
Skills needed but willing to train:
- Experience working with children across various age groups, including toddlers and preschoolers.
- Strong knowledge of early childhood education principles, childhood development, and classroom management techniques.
- Ability to develop engaging curricula tailored to diverse learning needs; experience with curriculum development is highly valued.
- Familiarity with special education practices, early intervention strategies, and standardized testing procedures.
- Excellent communication skills for effective parent engagement and team collaboration.
- Certification in first aid and CPR; knowledge of child welfare laws is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to manage classroom behavior positively while fostering a love for learning.
