Description
Schedule/Hours: Varying Schedule, including weekends and evenings. Part-Time position.
Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour
This position is responsible for:
Perform a wide variety of functions to ensure the safety, security and well being of the shelter residents as well as the building.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor client's day to day activities including scheduling and inventorying passes, taking of prescribed medication, and resident's general whereabouts.
- Maintain shelter logbook through documentation, as directed by the Shelter Director.
- Perform administrative tasks such as answering phones, filing, and labeling.
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:
Work is performed in a lodge/shelter facility where there are little or no physical discomforts associated.
- Ability to meet attendance requirements.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate the English language.
- Ability to lift light objects weighing less than 24 pounds.

Qualifications
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN YOU
- One year vocational/technical school degree, AND
- Six months experience, OR
- Any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
