- Record and organize statistics for websites, e-newsletters, and social media platforms helping the team measure impact.
- Work closely with the content team to organize footage into folders, ensuring materials are easy to locate and use.
- Create and maintain an organized system for archiving completed content, categorizing it for searchable content on our digital asset management system.
- Review updates on the project management system to help teams stay on task and ensure no deliverable is overlooked.
- Input filming and editing dates into the project management system and generate weekly calendar updates for the Director, providing a clear roadmap for the team.
- High school diploma and enrolled in college in a related field of study
- Strong Communication
- Experience with social media marketing
- Proficiency in Mac OS and Microsoft Suite.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and their nuances.
- Ability or willingness to learn tools like Adobe Analytics, Monday.com, and WordPress.
