Maintain the facility in a clean, orderly, and safe condition. Perform routine custodial and basic maintenance tasks, along with other assigned duties, to support the effective operation of the building.

POSITION OVERVIEW
Maintain the facility in a clean, orderly, and safe condition. Perform routine custodial and basic maintenance tasks, along with other assigned duties, to support the effective operation of the building.
- Perform routine cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting interior spaces
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and other common areas
- Remove trash and recyclables and ensure proper disposal
- Clean and maintain entryways, lobbies, sidewalks, and other exterior areas
- Maintain grounds as needed, including mowing, trimming, weeding, and snow removal
- Monitor and restock cleaning supplies; notify supervisor when inventory is low
- Report maintenance, repair, or safety concerns promptly to the Corps Officer
- Follow all safety procedures and proper use of cleaning products and equipment
- Maintain the overall appearance and basic functionality of the facility and grounds
- Assist with basic setup or cleanup for corps activities or events as needed
- Attend staff meetings as requested
- Perform other duties as assigned within the scope of the position
- One year of related custodial, maintenance, or cleaning experience preferred.
- Able to manage schedule and work independently to complete assigned tasks
- Basic knowledge of cleaning methods, materials, and equipment
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain attention to detail
- Reliable and consistent attendance
