This position is responsible for:
Serving as a technical resource supporting the Constituent Relationship Management (CRM) donor data and financial management workflow processes across multiple data sources to support accurate reporting, analysis, and audit readiness. Demonstrates knowledgeable of published business rules, including job aids, and reinforces compliance with their use and validity. Demonstrates critical thinking and discernment skills necessary to identify the nature of a variety of donated gifts and determine the most appropriate allocation of the gift and ensure compliance with the business rules and audit requirements. Respond to requests for Support Center interventions to assist CRM users with their work processes
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigates financial discrepancies by pulling reconciliation reports from the CRM; compares the Finance Distribution report to the associated donation batches to identify and resolve variances.
- Uses CRM analytics to compile supporting data for out‑of‑territory gift processors, ensuring accurate import of Southern Territory donations into their local CRMs.
- Uses a ticket management response system to track, record and manage CRM user needs for support.
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:
- Work is performed in a normal office environment where there are little or no physical discomforts associated with changes in weather or discomforts with noise, dust, dirt, and the like.

An associate's degree from an accredited college or university in a related field,
AND
Three years’ customer service and database management experience that includes managing financial records and performing remediation work to ensure compliance with audit requirements experience managing data in a Constituent Relationship Management or similar system is preferred
OR
Any equivalent combination of training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
