Schedule/Hours: Seasonal Part-time or Full Time, Must be able to work full shifts, November and December 2025

This position is responsible for:

Staffing a Salvation Army Red Kettle at an assigned retail location.

Key Responsibilities:

• Staff the Salvation Army Red Kettle at an assigned location.

• Greet customers and thank donors.

• Represent The Salvation Army appropriately by showing respect, courtesy, and professionalism at all times.

• Ensure kettle is safely stored in the designated area during breaks or shift changes.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:

• Ability to meet attendance requirements. Must be able to work full days (no half-days available).

• Ability to stand throughout entire shift, with the exception of breaks, limited amount of lifting required for light to moderate (less than 50 pounds) objects (kettles).

• Ability to perform continuous stooping, standing and climbing as well as lift and carry and/or push/pull moderate (25 – 50 lbs) and possibly heavy (50-100 lbs) materials and donations.

• Work is performed outdoors with potential exposure to extreme weather or temperatures.
