Scope of Position: Assist with delivering and picking up kettles and stands as directed. Assist with delivering and picking up other Christmas related materials and personnel as needed. Ring bells at assigned locations when needed.

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for dropping off and picking up kettles daily and deliver to and from designated locations.
2. Maintain proper security for kettles.
3. Assist with proper record-keeping of kettle systems, to include kettle worker timesheets.
4. Fill in as a Bell Ringer when needed daily.
5. Check out condition of vehicle daily and ensure that it is properly cleaned and mechanically maintained. Inspection report and mileage log must be maintained and submitted weekly to supervisor.
6. As needed, will assist with delivery and pick-up of all Christmas related materials and personnel.
7. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

1. Maintain a valid Driver's License & pass a background check
2. Must be clean, neat, and courteous.
3. Be knowledgeable of the areas that are to be serviced.
4. Must be able to drive in all kinds of weather conditions
5. Have knowledge of vehicle operation and maintenance.
6. Must be able to lift and carry up to 40 lbs.

Working Conditions:

• Ability to stand or sit in one location for extended periods in outside weather conditions.
• Work is performed in the outdoors where there are discomforts associated with changes in weather or discomforts associated with noise, dust, dirt, and the like.
• Moderate mobility: duties are usually performed by combinations of standing and walking on a frequent change basis.
• Works in an environment with frequent interruptions
• In-person contact with people from diverse backgrounds who may be angry, hostile, confused, or frustrated people
• Regular and punctual attendance is an essential function of this position.
• Requires working irregular hours (i.e., nights, weekends, and holidays).
