What You’ll Bring to the Team

The Essentials
- A High School Diploma or GED.
- A valid Driver’s License and the ability to operate a standard sized van.
- The ability to obtain all necessary background clearances.
- An appreciation for The Salvation Army’s mission of service.
- Has experience supporting individuals with intellectual or physical disabilities.
- Is a natural problem-solver with a positive, "can-do" attitude.
- Communicates with kindness and respect when speaking with program participants, families and staff.
- Is excited to help our program participants explore new interests and broaden their horizons.
- Has experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook & Word).
- Is comfortable utilizing computers and other technologies.
